13 years jail for leader of terror cell who planned to attack Jews on Temple Mount

A man who stood at the head of a terror cell planning a terrorist attack on Jews visiting Jerusalem's Temple Mount was sentenced to 13 years in prison on Monday at the Jerusalem District Court.
The terror cell consisted of Arab residents of east Jerusalem, and some of its members were sentenced to four and a half years jail on Monday.
"The sentences are serious but lower than what the prosecution asked for. We will study the decision," state prosecutor Ori Korev said.
