15 arrested J'lem Day protesters released

The 15 people who were arrested yesterday for disturbing the peace during clashes at Damascus Gate in east Jerusalem on Sunday for Jerusalem Day were all released on Monday on conditions.
The five Arabs and ten Jews were required to pay a guarantee that they will appear in court for the indictment at a later date. The Jerusalem police plans to indict all 15 of the demonstrators.
On Sunday, 50,000 people marched through the streets of the capital toward the Western Wall to commemorate the anniversary of the 1967 Six Day War, when IDF soldiers liberated the Old City and the Temple Mount from Jordan’s Arab Legion.
Clashes were concentrated around Damascus Gate and an illegal demonstration on Neviim Street.
