17-year-old girl in critical condition after criminal stabbing in Kiryat Malachi

A 17-year-old girl was stabbed in Israel's southern district of Kiryat Malachi on Saturday morning, Magen David Adom reported.

According to the reports, the girl was stabbed on Bar Yehuda boulevard in Kiryat Malachi. Paramedics provided the victim with medical care on the scene, and the teen was later taken to Kaplan Hospital in serious condition with stab wounds to her upper body.

Initial reports from the stabbing suggest that the motive was criminal.
