Issa Sarhan and Mustafa Awad were sentenced on Sunday to 20 and 19 years in prison, respectively, for the murder of an American citizen outside of a Tel Aviv five years ago. The decision, handed down Sunday in Tel Aviv District Court, also called for both men to pay damages of NIS 60,000 to the victim's family.
