A 20-year-old resident of Shfaram was arrested Thursday for allegedly setting a fire at the tomb of Rabbi Yehuda ben Bava near the town.The police stated that the youth had a known record of previous drug-related offenses.He will be brought to court later in the day to have his remand set.
