20-year-old soldier dies after birthday party

A 20-year-old soldier collapsed and died on Sunday in his house in Ra'anana after celebrating his twentieth birthday.
The Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics who arrived at the scene attempted to resuscitate him and evacuated him to Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba in critical condition. The doctors at the hospital later pronounced him dead.
The cause of death was unclear and the soldier's body was being examined for signs of alcohol consumption from the party.
