A 22-year-old male was in moderate condition after being shot near a college in the North of Israel, MDA paramedics said Monday.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and administered life saving medical treatment to the victim before evacuating him to Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheeba.
Police have opened an investigation into the incident while the motive behind the shooting remains unknown.
