At least 31 Palestinians were among the victims of the alleged chemical attack in east Damascus early Thursday morning, Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported on Saturday.
Eleven members of the al-Hurani family from Jenin in the West Bank were killed in the attack, six of them were children, as well as 20 members of a Palestinian family from Nazareth, Ma'an reported, quoting a al-Hurai family member.
The Syrian opposition claims President Bashar Assad's forces were behind the attack, while the Assad regime denied the accusations.
