394 medical residents fail to report for shifts

As of Tuesday afternoon, 394 out of 700 medical residents that submitted resignation letters did not arrive to work in hospitals throughout the country.

At Ichilov Hospital at Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv, 105 residents failed to report for shifts. Seventy-eight did not show up at Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba, and Sheba Medical Center reported 76 missing residents. Rambam Medical Center in Haifa reported 74 residents that did not arrive for work and an additional 22 didn't arrive at Bnai Zion Hospital (Rothschild) in the city. At Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Tzrifin, 16 residents failed to report for shifts and three residents didn't arrive at Hadassah University Medical Center on Jerusalem's Mount Scopus.
