4 killed in Afghan Mazar-i-Sharif bomb blast, police say

MAZAR-I-SHARIF - Four people were killed, including one Afghan soldier, when a bomb exploded in the Afghan city of Mazar-i-Sharif on Tuesday, a district police official said.
The bomb, which was carried on a bicycle, exploded near a mosque. Also on Tuesday, a suicide bomber attacked a Shi'ite Muslim shrine in central Kabul.
