4-yr-old nearly drowns in Kinneret, in serious condition

A four-year-old child was in very serious condition Saturday after nearly drowning in Lake Kinneret at Tzinbari Beach.MDA paramedics evacuated the boy to Poriah Medical Center in Tiberias.
