Abbas: Munich planner was a 'wonderful brother and friend'

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas praised Mohammed Oudeh,  the key planner of the 1972 Munich Olympics attack that killed 11 Israeli athletes, who died recently, in a telegram on Wednesday.
"How wonderful he is as a brother, a friend, a tough and uncompromising fighter," Abbas reportedly wrote.
Oudeh, also known as Abu Daoud, died of kidney failure in early July.
