Abbas tasks Hamdallah with forming PA government for second time

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas tasked interim Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah with forming the Palestinian government for the second time.PA spokesman Nabil Abu Rudaina said the new government will be formed within five weeks.Senior officials told Palestinian news agency Ma'an that Hamdallah's new government will include "independents and young men."
