Abraham Foxman to join INSS

Recently retired Anti-Defamation League national director Abraham Foxman will be joining Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies as a nonresident research fellow, the think tank announced on Tuesday.
Foxman headed the ADL for 27 years and served in many ways as the public face of American Jewry.
"I always saw Abe Foxman as unofficial leader of the American Jewish community, and a figure of international stature on the issues of human dignity and ethical conduct,” said INSS director and former military intelligence chief Maj. Gen. (ret.) Amos Yadlin.
Yadlin cited Foxman’s ties with senior American politicians, the Vatican and other groups along with his experience in combating anti-Semitism as valuable tools for studying methods for countering the BDS movement and anti-Zionist groups.
