Acre Magistrates' Court: Bomb was planted near Avtalyon 2 months ago

Judge Ronit Bash of the Acre Magistrates' Court removed on Sunday a ban from publishing that a small explosives device was found at the entrance to Avtalyon, a community in the Galilee, two months ago. The explosives device was found by a man who was jogging in the area, on the eve of Land Day, marked by Israeli Arabs. It is not yet clear if the background for the incident was political or criminal, and police have not ruled out that the bomb was part of a 'prank' by local youngsters.
