Following Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcing that the Recommendations bill should not apply to him, Kulanu MKs Roy Folkman and Meirav Ben-Ari proposed that 'the law will not apply to an investigation that began before the coming into force of this law,' according to Ma'ariv.
