Ahmadinejad tells Asian states: we need 'new world order'

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said, "We need a new order, wherein all nations and governments can equally play a role in world management," at a meeting of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue in Tehran on Monday, Press TV reported.
Ahmadinejad continued, "Everyone should play an active role in the management of world [affairs]," according to the report.The Iranian president said, "Today it has become clear that the order stemming from the materialist ideology has failed both in theory and in practice," adding that he thinks Asian countries have "more responsibility" because of their natural resources and manpower, according to the PressTV report.
