Ahmadinejad: West pressure won't affect our nuclear program

TEHERAN, Iran — Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday said efforts by the West to halt Iran's nuclear program will not bear fruit.
Addressing the West during a ceremony marking the inauguration of a dam in southwestern Iran, Ahmadinejad said: "Rest assured that your efforts will be fruitless."
Ahmadinejad also urged the West to stop supporting Israel.
