Almagor head: Hamas kidnapped whole country, not just Gilad

The head of the Almagor Terror Victims Association, which submitted a petition against the deal to release 1,027 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Gilad Schalit, told the High Court on Monday "Hamas did not just kidnap Gilad, it kidnapped the whole country."
Meir Indor, speaking in the court's discussion of the petition added, "That's precisely what a terror act is supposed to do, destroy the justice system."
