Anat Kam's lawyers receive final draft of plea deal

Anat Kam was expected to sign a plea deal within the next two weeks, Army Radio reported on Sunday.
Kam, long under house arrest after being accused of espionage, received a final draft of the agreement through her lawyers last week. Later this week, the lawyers were expected to hand their response to the state prosecutors after discussing the details with Kam, according to the report.
The plea, supposedly removes the charge of "harming state security" from the indictment, but leave charges that if found guilty of, can carry a sentence of up to 15 years, Army Radio reported.
