A building at Ariel University of Samaria was vandalized Sunday with anti-Israel graffiti in English and Arabic, Israel Police reported . The perpetrators spray painted 'HAMAS DEET OF ISRAL,' along with other phrases in Arabic. Police are investigating the incident.
