A handwritten plan to dig tunnels escape tunnels from Ofer Prison was found in the cupboard of prisoners' cell last week, Public Security Minister Omer Bar Lev told the Gilboa Prison escapees investigative committee on Wednesday morning, N12 reported.
Israeli Prison Services reported that the prisoners were separated and designated as high risk.
