The Trans-Israel Pipeline has appealed the Environmental Protection Ministry's decision to block a deal with partners from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to transport oil from the Gulf to Europe via Haifa, Israeli media reported on Thursday.
The ministry does not have the authority to block such a deal, the Trans-Israel Pipeline said in the appeal filed to the Court for Administrative Matters in Jerusalem.
