The brother of Abed Salameh Elaubra, a Rahat resident detained in Saudi Arabia this week, claimed his brother was arrested for saying there is "no place like Israel" and "no people like the Jews," according to KAN News.
He was reportedly arrested by police in a pharmacy on Monday after he was refused service. Elaubra arrived in Saudi Arabia on Friday.
The family is yet to contact the Foreign Ministry to help bring Abed back to Israel, his brother added.
