Cannabis users will not be prosecuted, fines reduced to NIS 500 - Sa'ar

Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar signed new reforms regarding cannabis use on Wednesday.

Cannabis users will not be charged with a criminal offense and fines for use will be reduced to NIS 500, as opposed to the previous NIS 1,000 fine.
