Two Israeli children have tested positive for polio in the Jerusalem area, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
One child is positive and showing symptoms of polio, while another is asymptomatic. A further five children are suspected to have polio.
Some 11,397 children were vaccinated against the deadly disease since the Health Ministry began a campaign for polio vaccination awareness due to the four-year-old who tested positive last week.
