Lebanese Christian politician charged in October Beirut clashes case

Samir Geagea, the leader of the Christian Lebanese Forces party, has been charged with a number of crimes in relation to violent clashes which broke out in Beirut on October 14 during a protest by Hezbollah and Amal movement supporters, according to Lebanese reports.

It is as of yet unclear exactly what Geagea has been charged with.
