The West Bank and Gaza Strip will be placed under a general closure from Thursday at 5 p.m. until Saturday for the Passover holiday, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.
The lifting of the closure will be dependent on a situation assessment. Palestinians wanting to worship at al-Aqsa will be able to according to government regulations. Humanitarian crossings will be allowed as well.
