2,476 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Saturday, with 223 patients in serious condition, according to a Sunday morning update by the Health Ministry.
Of the serious cases, 77 were on ventilators, and six people were on ECMO machines. The death toll stood at 10,658.
