Israeli man arrested, released in Istanbul, reason unclear

An Israeli tourist was arrested in Istanbul this week for unclear reasons and released a day later, the Foreign Ministry confirmed on Friday.

Last November, the couple Mordy and Natali Oknin were arrested in Turkey on suspicions of spying after they took a picture of Turkish President Erdogan's palace. The two were held for nine days and were flown to Israel by the Foreign Ministry.
