12,215 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Sunday, according to a Monday morning update by the Health Ministry, with overall tests coming back at a 40.82% positive rate.
About 350 are in serious condition as of Monday, including 64 that are in critical condition.
The death toll stands at 10,984.
