The Shin Bet and IDF arrested a terror cell last week that carried out two shooting attacks in September, the Shin Bet's Spokesperson Unit reported on Friday.
In the first attack on September 9, the terrorists shot at two Israeli vehicles near Huwara, and one person was lightly injured from shrapnel.
The second attack, which took place six days later, occurred by the Carmel settlement.
