Police arrested a contractor and a foreman working on the building site of Monday's scaffolding collapse that killed two workers in Givat Ze'ev near Jerusalem on Tuesday, according to the Israel Police Spokesperson's Unit.
The police suspect the two of involvement in the accident and will ask for their detention to be extended.
