A High Court of Justice ruling on the petitions against Shas Chairman Arye Deri’s ministerial appointment and the amendment to the Basic Laws that allowed his rising to the posts despite his criminal sentences is expected at 4 p.m, the court spokesperson’s office said on Wednesday.
