Russia will not change the status of its invasion of Ukraine from what it terms a "special military operation" to war, Kremlin spokesperson Dimitry Peskov told Russian media on Thursday.
The question of a status change was posed to Peskov in response to news of the approval of American and German tank transfers to Ukraine.
