Jerusalem's district juvenile court filed an indictment on Thursday against the 13-year-old who murdered Border Police officer Asil Suaed last week.
According to Israeli law, anyone under the age of 14 cannot be sent to prison, so if convicted, the suspect will most likely be sent to a juvenile institution for criminals under the age of 14.
