Four Russian warships equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles are on standby in the Black Sea, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Tuesday.
The amount of Russian vessels with cruise missiles has fluctuated throughout the Russia-Ukraine War, in recent months sometimes dropping to zero.
