Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday during a press conference with his Saudi counterpart that they had confirmed consistent implementation of commitments under OPEC+.
Lavrov also said that Saudi Arabia and other countries had facilitated prisoner-of-war swaps with Ukraine.
