German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about meditating between Russia and Ukraine when the two met in Berlin on Thursday, according to a senior source.
Netanyahu explained to him that the window of opportunity for such talks did not exist, but that he continued to be alert for any change that would allow for such dialogue.
