Ukrainian partisans injure Russian-appointed Mariupol police chief

Ukrainian partisans injured the Russian-appointed Mariupol police chief Mykhailo Moskvin in a car bombing, claimed the Ukrainian National Resistance Center on Monday.

Moskvin was meters away from the car when it exploded, and suffered a concussion.

Ukrainian partisans have been targeting Russian-affiliated law enforcement in the occupied territories throughout March.
