An indictment was filed against a 16-year-old minor for allegedly committing rape and multiple forms of sexual abuse against his physically and mentally disabled sister.
According to the indictment, the sexual abuse took place over a period of six months.
The minor, who is a resident of the Negev, was charged with sexual abuse in the family and indecent acts.
