State Attorney Amit Aisman recommended to the Department of Police Investigations on Thursday that they end the investigation into the shooting incident at the Temple Mount which occurred two weeks ago, which resulted in the death of Muhammad al-Osaibi, an Arab-Israeli Bedouin.
"The evidence collected supports the policemen's version [of events]," he wrote. "They acted lawfully in self-defense and there is clear, direct and solid evidence that no crime was committed."
