Israeli soccer fans invade pitch in Beitar Jerusalem's match with Bnei Sakhnin

Supporters of Beitar Jerusalem ran out onto the field during a soccer game on Sunday evening, stopping the match against the Sakhnin team at a neutral-territory stadium in Petah Tikva, according to Hebrew language media.

The intrusion reportedly came amid a tense atmosphere, with Sakhnin supporters having already thrown flares onto the field.

Two people were arrested at the game on suspicion of violent conduct, while one suspect was arrested for breaking through security and running onto the field.
