Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) leader General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as Hemedti, spoke with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the phone and "discussed pressing issues," Hemedti said in a tweet on Tuesday.
"We will have another call to continuing dialog and working hand-in-hand to forge a brighter future for our nations," Hemedti said.
