Tap water in the northern town of Tiberias should be boiled before use after fluctuations in the water quality were identified, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday afternoon.
The water should be boiled before drinking or cooking, as well as before using it to prepare or take medicine or using it to brush teeth. However, using unboiled water for bathing will not present a problem.
The water supplier was ordered to take immediate action in order to fix the problem.
