A drone with an American-made engine crashed near Moscow, RIA Novosti reported on Monday.
RIA said that the unmanned aerial vehicle was unarmed, but another Russian state outlet, TASS, described the drone as being filled with explosives.
Russian security services are reportedly investigating the origin of the aircraft.
