Teen detained for making false calls to Israel Police

Israel Police detained a teen from Bnei Brak on suspicion of making false calls to the 100 police hotline and creating fake explosives, the Israel Police Spokesperson's Unit reported on Monday.

Over the last two weeks, the police have received multiple calls reporting suspicious objects in locations around Bnei Brak. When police arrived on the scene, they would discover that these were false alarms.

On Sunday, the police located the 14-year-old suspect and later released him with restrictive conditions. The investigation continues.
