Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to the heads of the local authorities in Israel's South on Wednesday amid the ongoing barrage of rockets fired from Gaza.
"We are open to the possibility of a prolonged campaign to strongly strike against Gaza," the prime minister said.
