Iraq asks Turkey to resume northern oil exports on May 13

Iraq's oil minister said on Thursday that Iraq asked Turkey to restart northern oil export flows to the Turkish port of Ceyhan starting May 13, the Iraqi Oil Ministry reported in a statement.

Iraq's state-owned crude marketer SOMO informed Turkish state energy company BOTAS of the resumption of exports and loading operations starting May 13, he added.
