Two Netanya residents, aged 16 and 17, were arrested on Monday evening after having carried out a stabbing the week before on Lag Ba'omer, when there were supposed to already be on house arrest, according to police.
The victim, also a minor, required extensive medical treatment after the event.
An indictment was filed against the two teens on Tuesday morning for the crimes committed, according to the police report.
